$41.76 per hour + Super
Not-for-profit OSHC (Outside School Hours Care) Education Provider

About the Role:
Join a respected not-for-profit organisation providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs. This short-term contract offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience supporting the Head of Operations in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational functions by providing executive-level support and contributing to the organisation's mission of delivering exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Head of Operations
• Manage and coordinate calendars and schedules
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
• Organise travel and accommodation bookings
• Assist with general administrative duties
• Support complaints management and resolution
• Attend site visits with Area Managers as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role
• Confident using Microsoft Office and quickly adapting to new systems
• Blue Card may be required for this position
  
  

Desirable Attributes:

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in complaints resolution and stakeholder engagement
• Customer-first approach and passion for creating positive outcomes
  Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
